About the Role ℹ️ As Head of Player Experience, you’ll be a key part of leading our operations team – you’ll own customer service, while also working with the sportsbook, casino, and compliance teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety, loves sports, and wants to grow. What You’ll Do Strategize: Work on initiatives to increase automation and create efficient customer service workflows. Own player experience: Manage and support the player experience team, promoting their growth and onboarding new team members. Support operational excellence: Work with the operations, trading and compliance teams to keep our daily processes smooth. Jump in where needed: This isn't just about strategy and management, dive into supporting the team and take on shifts whether weekday or weekend. 💻 Working Setup You’ll be part of our Malta-based team, with 2-3 days a week in our St Julians office, the rest remote. Interview Process Intro Screening – 15 min intro call. Second Interview – Call with our Operations and Player Experience Teams. Final Interview – Meet the team in person. What We’re Looking For 🔍 Must-Haves 3–5+ years experience in operations, customer service or admin roles – ideally in tech, consumer apps, or betting. Experience with sportsbook platforms, trading tools or iGaming operations. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work occasional weekends (time off in lieu provided). ✅ Bonus Points For Knowledge of UK compliance and responsible gambling principles.
