As Head of PLM Governance, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Product Lifecycle Management. In this strategically important role, you will define the framework for effective, company-wide PLM, provide guidance for all involved departments, and ensure that processes, data, methods, and systems are optimally aligned with the company's objectives.

Your tasks

• They develop and manage the PLM strategy, the target vision, and the roadmap for a holistic, company-wide Product Lifecycle Management system. 
• They establish standards, methods, governance rules and guidelines for product lifecycle management and ensure their sustainable application. 
• Prioritize cross-functional PLM initiatives based on business benefits and create transparency regarding goals, dependencies, and progress. 
• You expertly moderate conflicting objectives between different departments and develop sound decisions for the entire company. 
• You will establish, lead, and continuously develop relevant governance bodies. 
• Together with specialist departments, IT and management, you will ensure the consistent further development of PLM processes, product data structures and system landscape. 
• They inspire and lead people with diverse professional backgrounds and create the framework for successful collaboration. 
• They actively support change processes and promote the acceptance of new ways of working through effective change management. 
• You will drive the development of a high-performing and sustainably established PLM organization.
