ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Head of PMO oversees project governance, quality, and delivery risk management at Smart WFM, including Support and Managed Services(SMS). This includes setting delivery standards, providing tools, and supporting Project Managers with practical guidance and assurance. The role works closely with the Head of Service Excellence to monitor project health, manage delivery risk, and apply lessons learned. It ensures consistent, high-quality delivery and contributes to uplifting project leadership capability across the organisation.
