Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of PMO to lead our Transition State 2 (TS 2) within the Blended Experience Programme (BEP). This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme’s agreed outcomes, timelines, and budget.
The Blended Experience Programme will transform our capabilities to enable a seamless, blended experience (instore and online) empowering our customers to fulfil their needs via services that are convenient, consistent and personalised at scale across our global footprint. This is a complex programme which we have divided into a number of ‘Transition States’. ‘Transition States’ – are essentially the phases that we will need to go through when moving from where we are today, to where we want to be.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Coordinate TS 2 programme activities to ensure delivery of key outputs and realisation of programme outcomes.
  • Assist in all aspects of programme delivery, including reporting, plan development, RAID, and resource demand coordination.
  • Develop and manage the PMO budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all project expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the BEP PMO lead to define and execute the overall PMO approach for BEP TS 2.
  • Ensure the TS 2 Programme Plan is developed and integrated with the TS 1 Plan.
  • Establish and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support the Head of Projects – TS 2 and Director of Programmes – TS 2 in coordinating and interacting with key stakeholders to ensure they understand and can plan for the change impact on their specific function or region.
