About the Role Report to: Chief Strategy Officer Location: Ho Chi Minh Function: Business Strategy | Department: PMO & Change Management Type: Managerial THE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently looking for Head of Portfolio Management Office and Change Management who is responsible for creating impactful results, enable successful outcomes of enterprise portfolio, project, and changes through strategic alignment and excellence execution, change management, discipline benefit realization monitoring, and tracking. Key objectives: • Drive end-to-end Enterprise Portfolio Roadmap from prioritization to ensure strategic alignment, the right projects are selected & portfolio execution excellence & status transparent with the Leadership Team and all stakeholders. • TDA Program End to end to ensure strategic alignment with Group and LBU leadership to create the impact result and contribute to organizational goals. • Lead the project Management for enterprise impactful and large-scale/complex projects. Ensure project execution excellence, project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met and satisfy stakeholders. • Build, lead change management, and framework, and directly lead change management for enterprise impactful initiatives to reach the initiative objective, adoption, and benefit realization. • Portfolio & Project, change management framework reinforce and continuous improvement. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enterprise Portfolio Management (30%) Yearly/quarterly enterprise roadmap planning: project prioritization, roadmap alignment, and project dependency to select/prioritize the right projects aligned with enterprise strategic focus. Governance, review and endorse BC to ensure BC is up to standard, and aligned with strategy, and prioritization. Resources allocation (maximize current resources)/ project dependencies management to drive portfolio’s strategy focus. Portfolio health monitoring/reporting: roadmap updates, risks, dependency report, provide suggestions to ensure portfolios' objectives. Project dependency management, and roadmap alignment among all projects under the portfolio ensure optimal and balance of portfolio resources. Benefit tracking/reporting, provide suggestions and drive for action to ensure benefit realization. Enterprise Project Management (20%) Oversight and directly manage enterprise large-scale, complex, cross-function projects to ensure meet its objectives, timeline, budget, scope, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Project governance oversight, review, and approval following Group/LBU standards and frameworks. Build and drive adoption of a project management framework to ensure project excellence execution, meeting the project performance metrics. Enterprise Strategic Change Management (20%) Plan and Lead, oversight change management of high complex/high impact/ cross-primary-functions projects/initiatives to ensure the changes are adopted, projects' outcomes & benefits realization met. Influence/ Consult the best approach of change management to achieve the initiatives' expected outcome. Uplift change management capabilities across enterprise Build and promote the best practices and standards of AIA VN Change Management (build/ design change management framework). TDA program management (10%) Ensure end-to-end strategic alignment with Group and LBU leadership to create the impact result and contribute to organizational goals. Lead the TDA program execution on the LBU initiatives, ensure the scope, timeline, objectives, KPIs, benefit realization are aligned, well managed. Quarterly host TDA program SteerCo for local BU with group TDA TO, ensure the program report with clear status, risks, issues, and deliverables. Provide insights and actionable items on the TDA KPIs status to ensure the investment meets the objective of each initiative. Team oversees, management (20%) Build a High-performance PMO&CM team. Ensure team performance management and review. Uplift team capability and performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education – MBA/ Master’s degree or above. Experience – At least 10 years of experience in Portfolio, Project, and Change management in Corporate PMO/ Transformation Office/ Project Management/ Business Process department. Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral. Proficient with Microsoft project, budget planning, resource planning, Excel, and PowerPoint. PMP certification is required. PfM, Prosci change practitioner certification are strongly recommended. Special skills: - Business acumen and problem-solving with a growth mindset to shape the direction. - Data analysis ability to analyse complex data and turn the insights into meaningful reports and presentations. - Organizing and planning skills to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Influencing skills to effectively deal with various stakeholders across the organization. - Change management skills to successfully run change management.
