Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integration process after the mergers of new companies
  • Participate in the integration of newly acquired companies
  • Organize and lead the strategy creation process involving the entire management team
  • Gather insights from various parts of the organization to support strategic processes
  • Be responsible for and lead company development initiatives
  • Coordinate and monitor strategic projects
  • Collaborate on the development of the company by transforming its future structure
  • Prepare presentations and long-term strategic plans
  • Conduct competitive analyses and gather information on market trends
  • Contribute to ad lead ad hoc strategic projects
