We're hiring! We are looking for a Head of Power to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. What the day will look like Establish client plans to deliver superior service levels to major clients aligned with Aon’s solutions and strategic direction. Identifying and developing new business opportunities via new and / or expanded business relating to the Power Specialty in Indonesia. Establishing and monitoring pipelines and sales target for Power sector. Providing advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage and capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements and market progress within scope of responsibility. Collaborating with Aon Regional/Global Broking Centers per overall business goals & objectives to deliver our value proposition at all times in an Aon United manner. Developing, maintaining, and managing senior relationships with key Power clients, prospects, and markets. Advocating and delivering thought leadership, best practice, and industry technical expertise to clients, prospects, and colleagues. Identifying and keeping up to date with sector and market trends relative to Power clients and prospects. Servicing and / or supporting a portfolio of corporate clients in the Power sector (both operational and construction risks) and all associated day-to-day account management. Supporting and/or handling claims administration, management, and advocacy. Driving external marketing initiatives to promote Aon’s Power capabilities and thought leadership in the industry. Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time. Skills and experience that will lead to success At least 7+ years’ experience in the Energy, Power, Construction or Infrastructure insurance, or relevant industry experience. Demonstrated business development track record, including executive business decision-maker contacts, C-level sales, advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and sales contract experience preferred. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. Self-disciplined, organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work. Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Responsibilities
The Head of Power will establish client plans to deliver superior service levels and identify/develop new business opportunities within the Power Specialty in Indonesia, while establishing and monitoring sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing expert advice on placement design, coverage, and market progress, and managing senior relationships with key clients and markets.
