ABOUT THE JOB

In alignment with the franchise strategy defined at global level and delivered as per Glocal model, the PPH Franchise Head is in charge of:

  • Functioning as the key contact of the Global Franchise for the MCO and supporting the definition of the global strategy and content by bringing the insights of the markets he/she is in charge of to the global team.
  • Defining the MCO brand plans, adapting the key features of the global strategy to the specificities of go to market approach, customers, and channels, allocating the resources and being accountable of the success of the local engagement strategy in the achievement of the MCO goals on the brand.
  • Leading the business case preparation for the expansion & sustainability by country within the brands and products in scope for the MCO.
  • Adapting and executing global access and pricing strategies in alignment with the cross-functional team, ensuring consistency with global guidelines while tailoring them to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the region.
  • Building and animating a Brand team with all relevant stakeholders in the definition of execution plan (internal and external), functioning as a pivot to ensure that everybody contributes to the success of the Brand activities.
  • Role model the Glocal ways of working guaranteeing the highest level of usage of the CLH resources. Engages with local agencies, only and restricted to cases defined with the global franchise teams, for specific needs of campaigns not covered by CLH
  • Facilitating the network of customer engagements leads in the MCO, ensuring regular touch points with the Head of Vaccines in the countries within the MCO to ensure full understanding of the needs, to challenge the specific requests and to ensure consistency globally and at MCO in the execution and implementation
  • Specifically for the anchor market, leading Customer engagement lead teams in the execution as per local roadmap and strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Integrate specific points related to the ongoing market challenges, competition, launches, authorities challenges, etc.
  • Adopt ditigal transformation and Agile methodology (e.g. Leveraging data and AI) to accelerate & scale -up new operating models.
  • Successfully adapt / evolve ways of working while delivering business results / avoiding business disruption.
  • Champion glocal and transversal ways of working by fully leveraging centralised and standardized Sanofi frameworks (e.g., GTMC, MCO teams..)
  • Ensure full alignment with MCO strategies, pricing and foster seamless collaboration with MCO teams
