Description
  • Lead the presales team in understanding client requirements and articulating the value of our solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop customized presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively convey the company’s offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine our presales strategies and enhance engagement approaches.
  • Manage the preparation of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that responses meet client specifications and showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Participate in customer meetings and workshops to gather insights and establish strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and addressing client inquiries regarding product functionalities and integrations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to presales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the presales process competitive and effective.
  • Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and the development of effective sales collateral.
  • Develop key performance metrics for the presales team to track effectiveness and drive improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales role, with proven experience in managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions and services, especially in the fields of telecommunications and managed services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective client engagement and solution crafting.
  • Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
