Perks: Staff discounts, exclusive holiday offers and free financial support and education Job Description As Head of Pricing, you will lead Rexel’s pricing team and pricing strategy, with a clear focus on solving pricing challenges, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability. Using data, analytics, and commercial insight, you will develop sustainable pricing solutions that deliver both short- and long-term margin improvement. This is a highly influential role, responsible for shaping pricing direction across the business, leading high-value and complex projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and deliver practical commercial solutions. Some of the key accountabilities will see you: Lead and develop a high-performing team of pricing analysts, building capability and talent across the function Define and drive the strategic direction for pricing initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously Partner with cross-functional teams to develop joined-up pricing solutions that support commercial objectives Present complex pricing strategies, recommendations, and insights in a clear and actionable way to branches and senior stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and respond at pace to changing market conditions Design and implement pricing strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and market share Develop and refine pricing models using advanced analytics, market research, and competitor analysis Evaluate different pricing approaches including value-based, dynamic, and cost-plus pricing, recommending the most appropriate solution Oversee project plans, models, deliverables, quality control, and risk mitigation Stay informed on industry trends, pricing innovation, and the competitive landscape Lead knowledge sharing and training to build a culture of pricing excellence Leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning tools to generate deeper pricing insights Ensure all pricing recommendations align with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards Qualifications At Rexel, we prioritise hiring individuals based on behaviours and potential, rather than requiring specific formal qualifications for roles.
