Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Valid teaching license, as required by the relevant educational authority.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the primary stage.

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers.

Sound knowledge of the curriculum and educational quality standards.

Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to analyse student achievement data and implement improvement plans.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems.

Excellent English communication skills

Commitment to safeguarding, school policies, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
