Job Description As Head / Principal P&O Strategy – Org Development (m/f/d), you will play a high-impact role in shaping and executing our people and organizational strategy. You will translate complex HR and organizational initiatives into tangible, effective solutions across the company and work closely with leadership, business, and HR teams to drive sustainable change and growth. Responsibilities Strategic Company Initiatives: Overall responsible for all HR aspects of company-wide business development initiatives, leading the value creation for all P&O aspects of the teaming up with Zalando Talent, Learning & Leadership Development: Design, implementation, and management of all Learning and Development initiatives, incl.
