YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

  • 12+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, AI governance, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework).
  • Experience leading privacy and AI governance programs in a SaaS, tech, or highly regulated industry.
  • Leading a global team of experts with a focus on bringing out the best in your team.
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or similar certifications.
  • Experience with OT products preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical and ethical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience representing an organization at industry conferences or regulatory discussions.
  • History of building relationships with commercial partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Published research or thought leadership on responsible AI topics.
  • Experience bridging business growth objectives with responsible innovation.
  • Prior experience in similar dual technical/commercial management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and business decisions through a responsible AI lens.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
