My client, a well-established and highly respected national law firm consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking legal professional to lead their Private Client team based in their attractive Brighton offices. ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Private Client team in Brighton is looking for an energetic and innovative leader to revitalise the practice and drive growth. The team currently includes dedicated fee-earners and support staff, providing expert services to clients across the region.
This role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor with approximately 3+ years’ PQE who is eager to advance towards partner level. My client prioritises a positive mindset and drive, seeking an individual who can inject fresh ideas, leadership, and enthusiasm to develop the team and broaden the client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Private Client team in Brighton, nurturing a collaborative and motivated working environment.
• Design and implement growth strategies to enhance the Private Client offering and deepen client relationships.
• Support and mentor team members, encouraging continuous professional growth and high standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline within the Private Client market.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
