Description

We’re looking for a dynamic sales and business development leader to drive private wealth distribution and capital formation. Drive sales growth across wealth management partners and private banks. Identify and execute business development initiatives to expand client reach.

SKILLS & METHODOLOGIES

  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-selling, ideally MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively with private banks, wealth managers, and family offices, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and strong German language skills are a big plus.
  • Ability to leverage technology, data, AI-driven tools, and automation to enhance the sales process.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Head of Private Wealth - Portfolio and Investment Solutions, you will spearhead our strategic expansion into private banks, wealth managers, and family offices across Europe and beyond. Initially, you’ll be an individual contributor, actively driving sales with key accounts. Over time, you’ll build and lead a team, serving as a true “player-coach.” In this role, you will leverage our strong market position in Switzerland—where we’re already the clear market leader—and tap into an evergrowing inbound interest across Europe, the GCC region, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Your goal is to help Stableton become the premier partner for pre-IPO investments, offering unique passive, semi-liquid, evergreen private market portfolios and co-investments to discerning institutional clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth across wealth management partners and private banks. Identify and execute business development initiatives to expand client reach. You will be accountable for meeting AUM growth and sales KPIs across target client segments.
  • Drive Market Expansion: Capitalize on existing traction in Switzerland and develop new international markets, including Europe, the GCC, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Build and Lead a Team: Start as a hands-on senior salesperson, then recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team while maintaining direct relationships with top-tier accounts.
  • Strategic Solution Selling: Understand the specific needs of private banks, wealth managers, and family offices. Educate clients on our index fund-like pre-IPO portfolios and create tailored solutions that align with their investment strategies.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Proactively manage key client relationships, utilize inbound leads, and work through a prioritized list of target accounts. Establish trust and become a go-to resource for private market investing.
  • Innovation & Insights: Integrate the latest tech, data insights, AI-driven tools, and automation into your daily processes. Continuously improve our sales methodologies and adapt best practices like MEDDIC.
