Description
Responsibilities
Lead the procurement department on a daily basis. (8 employees in direct line and dotted line to employees responsible for purchase in Singapore and Polen)
Identifying and acquiring new suppliers
Having a holistic understanding of our supplier network to formulate and execute strategic business plans to achieve our revenue and profit growth targets
To foster strong relationships with existing key suppliers and a close cooperation with our sister company Fleggaard Retail.
Together with the management team develop the future strategy, setting the direction and shaping the team
Continuously developing a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG market, including key players, market dynamics and emerging trends
