Successfully completed university degree with a focus on purchasing, supply chain management, business administration or industrial engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
Several years of professional and management experience in purchasing at a manufacturing company
Sound (process) knowledge of operational purchasing and material flows
A digital mindset paired with a solution-oriented and structured way of working.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as an appreciative leadership style.
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel occasionally

Your contribution to our shared success

Leadership, development and support of the operational purchasing team
Direct collaboration with the purchasing management on organizational and process-related issues
Control, continuous development and digitalization of operational purchasing processes
Ensuring timely material supply
Monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of order confirmations
Analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of improvement measures
Support with bottleneck management and supplier communication in day-to-day business
Regularly conducting supplier evaluations and review meetings.
Ensuring high quality and completeness of material and supplier master data
Interface management between purchasing, production, design, logistics and project management
