Head of Product Your Mission We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution end-to-end. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Product Management, Design, and Software Development, guiding teams to deliver impactful, user-centric, and scalable SaaS solutions. You will own the product vision, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment between business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define, refine, and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives. Translate business and user needs into a clear, actionable roadmap that drives measurable impact. Anticipate market trends and ensure the product portfolio remains innovative and competitive. Leadership & Collaboration Foster a collaborative culture between Product, Development, Marketing, and other key departments. Facilitate prioritization and decision-making based on data, impact, and resource allocation. Execution & Delivery Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post release optimization. Establish clear KPIs and ensure product performance is tracked and reported consistently. Drive operational excellence through well-defined processes, documentation, and agile methodologies. Customer & Market Insight Champion user research and feedback loops to ensure products address real customer problems. Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Align product improvements with customer success metrics and retention goals. Growth & Innovation Partner with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and pricing models. Encourage experimentation, data driven decision making, and rapid iteration. Evaluate emerging methodologies that can enhance the product experience. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS or digital product environments. Proven track record in leading product teams and managing full product lifecycles. Understanding of software development processes, UX principles and agile frameworks. High proficiency in English (spoken and written). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with data-driven product development (A/B testing, analytics tools). Nice to Have Experience scaling SaaS products in high-growth environments. Understanding of compliance, privacy, or accessibility requirements in tech products.
