Location : Edinburgh, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

As a Head of Product & Analysis, your role is pivotal for analysis practice. You will use your knowledge of techniques, technology, tools, policy and methodologies to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical user stories, solutions meet business requirements and conform to Computershare’s architectural and security standards; and that our teams follow the software development methodology.
Your role will also be responsible for people management and leadership of your team. The role will focus on ensuring that there is a clearly defined progression plan for ambitious and high potential individuals within the development team, and ensuring that the team is challenged, motivated and harmonised.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with and builds credibility with executive business partners and technology leaders by demonstrating thought leadership.
  • Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape new services and products spanning business and regional boundaries.
  • Uses meaningful metrics to track delivery of value and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures appropriate use of available resource. Facilitates use of outsourcing services as required, ensuring contracts are in place and staff are effectively on-boarded and measured.
  • Focuses on innovation, quality and productivity to uplift delivery capability.
  • Manages operational risks, audit findings, penetration test findings and remediation plans.
