You're equally comfortable thinking strategically, developing a roadmap and rolling up your sleeves to deliver outcomes.
With extensive experience in lending and product management, you understand what drives growth, customer value and commercial success. You've developed and led product initiatives, influenced pricing decisions and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments. You're comfortable engaging with senior leaders, challenging thinking when needed and bringing others on the journey.
Most importantly, you're curious, proactive and take ownership.
