JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead and elevate our product management function across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in nurturing team talent, fostering a high-performance environment, and driving strategic impact. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic planning, user requirements gathering, technical evaluations, and end-to-end project management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital product management with at least 3 years of leadership / people management experience
  • Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business and technology
  • User-centred product design, knowledge of practices and disciplines
  • Excellent presentation skills and able to communicate technical information (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in start-up companies will be advantageous
  • Strong solution orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven with strong logical and analytical skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Managers, QA Engineers and UI/UX Designers in managing Product Development and Commercialization
  • Define the product roadmap and working closely with stakeholders to establish the product strategy and objectives, and set the key outcomes and results that will measure success
  • Creates and drives product Go-To Market strategies, supporting business plan, market and competitor analysis based on marketopportunities, customer needs and competitive offerings
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
  • Track the competitive landscape and continually seek opportunities for the organization to optimize our operations and deploy new products/services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct user and market research, prioritize and design new products and features
  • Work with cross-functional team to endure timely resolution of production issues and understand business requirements and practices, and provide constructive and insightful inputs for the development of products and featuresPerform status reporting of initiatives and releases
