As the leader of the Expansion team, you’ll drive the development of zero-to-one products that meet the evolving needs of mid-market and enterprise development teams. You’ll drive successful cross-functional coordination across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to deliver on high-impact initiatives, while also building strong relationships with our largest customers to uncover insights that shape both product direction and go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in championing and refining Render’s top-level business strategy for serving enterprises and scaling teams in collaboration with leadership, all while fostering a high-performing and positive team culture.
