GivePlease is a leading Fintech payment technology company which is involved in transforming the giving space in Asia Pacific by creating both physical and digital products to improve global communities by modernizing charitable fund-raising.
Being a Digital marketplace for charitable organisations, corporations, religious organistions and VWOs, we innovate on demand platform solutions and create the social infrastructure for charitable giving to thrive.
Due to our expansion plans, we are seeking a visionary Head of Product who is passionate about building impactful products and committed to our mission of doing good through technology.
This leadership role will report directly to the Director and will work closely with the executive team to set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The Head of Product will oversee the entire product lifecycle and be instrumental in defining the future of the GivePlease platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognized Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of product management leadership experience, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, payments, or related technology sectors.
• Proven experience developing and scaling successful products, from ideation to commercialization.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, payments infrastructure, and mobile-first solutions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for building intuitive, impactful products.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit toward action and results.
• Prior experience working in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments is highly desirable.

• DEFINE AND DRIVE PRODUCT VISION:Craft a compelling vision and roadmap for GivePlease’s products, aligning with the company’s mission and strategic objectives.
• PRODUCT STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH:Engage with donors, charities, corporations, and community partners to understand needs and drive continuous product improvements that create value for all stakeholders.
• DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING:Establish product KPIs, track performance metrics, and leverage data analytics to inform product design and iteration.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP:Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive, innovative, and scalable products.
• INNOVATION AND MARKET TRENDS:Stay abreast of Fintech, CharityTech, and PaymentTech trends to inform future product opportunities and maintain GivePlease’s leadership in the space.
• TEAM DEVELOPMENT:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
• STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS:Work with external partners, tech providers, and integration vendors to enhance the GivePlease platform ecosystem.
