As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive the next stage of our platform’s evolution.

Responsibilities

As Head of Product, you’ll be the driving force behind our product vision and roadmap. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver a scalable, AI-powered platform that transforms property management - optimising everything from pricing and booking automation to guest experience and operational workflows. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to bring new product innovations to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals.
  • Leading the development of a scalable property management system with integrated AI capabilities.
  • Collaborating with tech teams to implement dynamic pricing, forecasting, and automation tools.
  • Overseeing integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., OTA channels, smart locks, payment solutions).
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing product team.
  • Driving customer research and using insights to shape user experience and product design.
  • Testing and iterating with data-driven approaches, including A/B testing.
  • Exploring monetisation strategies, including SaaS pricing and upselling features.
  • Supporting platform expansion into new markets and verticals.
