Responsibilities
  • Product strategy & roadmap – maintain a 3‑year roadmap, feature set, cost targets and competitive positioning; update quarterly with market intelligence.
  • Business & P&L – build and manage product business cases, pricing models and gross‑margin commitments; track unit economics throughout the lifecycle.
  • Voice of Customer – gather requirements via Commercial team, demos and fleet feedback; translate into clear PRDs and prioritised backlogs.
  • Cross‑functional leadership – coordinate with Engineering (trade studies, architecture, certification), Manufacturing (capacity, cost‑out, quality), Commercial (launch packs, bids, exhibitions) and Field Ops (service data for next releases).
  • Launch & lifecycle management – gate readiness (TRL, cost, supply chain), drive trials, and approve sustainment plans.
  • Governance & reporting – present monthly KPI deck to CPO Maritime & Ground; escalate risks, propose recovery plans, and secure CAPEX/OPEX for roadmap items.
