Now, to truly thrive in this role and make a lasting impact, your background may look a bit like this: Degree in engineering, energy systems, business, or a related field Several years of experience in product management within utility-scale energy, renewables, or power infrastructure Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory environments, and grid requirements across SEE, CEE, and CIS Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills English and Greek at C1 level required; Why us?
