Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Product Marketing responsible for creating differentiated product positioning, compelling messaging, and effective go-to-market strategies that generate demand and revenue growth. The ideal leader will act as a bridge between Strategic Marketing and Product Development in one of the following areas: Enterprise Technology (SaaS, PaaS); Public Sector (SLED) and Citizen Experience; Financial and Mortgage Services; and or Business Process Outsourcing Solutions (BPaaS, AP, HR). This leader will drive operational efficiency in marketing processes and elevate brand awareness across our target industries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing experience primarily focused on B2B
  • Prior management experience
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing or Enterprise Technology solutions industries

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring junior staff; prior management experience preferred
  • Exposure to B2B services, SaaS, or solution-based industries
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, Go To Market strategy, and sales enablement
  • Skilled in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce); comfortable with performance metrics and automation tools
  • Ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals
  • Experienced working across Product, Sales, Client Success, and Executive teams
  • Strong communicator with ability to simplify complex concepts and convey value
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for driving measurable outcome

Responsibilities
  • Own the development of product positioning, value propositions, and competitive messaging to ensure clear differentiation in the market. Drive demand generation and customer engagement to achieve growth targets for productized solutions.
  • Serve as the critical link between identified market demand and internal product development, ensuring our offerings evolve to meet high-potential market opportunities. Influence product roadmap decisions by providing timely market intelligence and feedback.
  • Develop sales enablement materials to help sales teams articulate value and close more deals. Deliver training to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all sales channels.
  • Monitor product performance, market shifts, and competitive trends to adjust marketing strategies and enhance product-market fit. Support business development efforts with campaigns that target high-value industry verticals.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional launch plans for new products or services, including messaging, content creation, campaign design, and performance measurement. Ensure GTM strategies support scalable, repeatable growth.
  • Own marketing automation systems, lead management workflows, campaign execution, and reporting. Ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy that enables marketing teams to measure ROI and make informed decisions.
  • Lead efforts to build awareness, shape perception, and generate demand through targeted advertising, digital campaigns, and public relations. Oversee content strategy, brand messaging, and agency/vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Participate in strategic planning and drive marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Leverage customer insights, testimonials, case studies, and satisfaction metrics to inform marketing strategies and reinforce MetaSource’s value in the market. Ensure customer-centricity in all messaging and campaign initiatives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a results-oriented marketing team. Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement in line with MetaSource’s values and mission.
