We’re recruiting for a strategic and results driven Head of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market success of our ‘People Services’ product portfolio. This is a high impact leadership role that bridges the gap between product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive growth and market insight.
You’ll be responsible for defining the strategic direction, orchestrating GTM activities, and ensuring our products win in the market through differentiated positioning and messaging, compelling commercials, and seamless functional enablement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Product Marketing to lead our strategic marketing efforts across a diverse product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute the overall product marketing strategy, ensuring it’s tightly aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs. You’ll collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to influence go-to-market plans, prioritise growth opportunities, and steer the successful delivery of initiatives to influence our approach across PR, SEO, PPC, events, and more. Using market and customer insights, you’ll guide investment decisions, develop compelling business cases, and continuously refine our strategic direction.
You will be responsible for defining value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies that make our solutions stand out in a competitive market. From leading competitive analysis to enabling sales teams with the tools and training they need to succeed; you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life across every channel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who thrives on cross-functional leadership and is passionate about driving impact through smart, insight-led product marketing.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a hands-on product marketing leader with a proven track record of launching successful B2B propositions, ideally in the people services or technology space. You’ll bring deep expertise in product marketing techniques like market segmentation, buyer personas, and product market fit, and you’ll know how to use data to drive continuous improvement. You’ll be someone who’s comfortable making difficult decisions, you’ll be eager to roll up your sleeves and guide the team with credibility whilst bringing smart, experience led solutions to the table. You’ll have a natural ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, always keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. Strong organisational and project management skills are a must, and if you bring knowledge of employment law, health & safety, or HR, that’s a bonus.
