We’re now hiring a Head of Product to lead that charge, shape our product strategy and drive bold innovation to set new standards for what digital entertainment can be. This role is based in an office location. If in the UK, the office is in St Albans and it requires the chosen candidate to go to the office twice a week. What You Will Do As Head of Product, you’ll inspire, elevate and empower a talented product team, raising the bar at every stage of the player journey. You’ll own the product portfolio that defines where we play and how we win; balancing bold, disruptive bets with sharp, data-driven delivery. You’ll coach your teams to think bigger, move faster, and focus on what truly matters; creating unique experiences that players love and that fuel growth. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting product strategy, nurturing talent, and embedding the discipline, energy, and creativity to turn vision into impact. Strategy and Vision: Shape and evolve the product strategy by translating the company vision into clear, impactful priorities and leading a balanced portfolio of innovation, optimisation, and experimentation. Leadership and Coaching: Foster a high-performing culture focused on curiosity, accountability, and bold delivery, ensuring teams operate with urgency, clarity, and continuous improvement. Execution and Alignment: Drive consistent product practices and quality standards across teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a focus on outcomes through clear metrics and shared goals. Innovation and Experimentation: Promote a fast-moving, creative environment that encourages smart risks, early validation, and scalable innovation to stay ahead and serve players first. Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with Product Design to champion user-centric experiences, while influencing senior strategy and turning insights into meaningful action. What We're Looking For Proven experience in senior product leadership roles within high growth, consumer facing tech businesses. Track record of leading multiple product teams and developing strong product leaders. Deep understanding of digital user journeys and how to connect strategy with execution across acquisition, engagement, and retention. A confident mix of analytical rigour and creative thinking. Champion experimentation, testing, and tangible impact over theory. Exceptional communicator who simplifies complexity and inspires bold ideas.
