  • Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive product development, balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
  • Roadmap and Strategy Management: Own and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adjusting as necessary.
  • Impactful Solutions Delivery: Guide SMEs and development teams in creating integrated solutions for both retail and digital channels.
  • Adoption and Implementation: Ensure new features are effectively integrated and adopted by stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and prioritize development.
