We’re hiring a Head of Product Planning & Performance to lead the design, development, and on-going enhancement of asset finance products tailored to broker and end-client needs that are aligned with business growth objectives. You will also drive the development and execution of competitive and profitable pricing strategies. The role is also accountable for overseeing the management of Strategic Partnerships and the execution of the marketing strategy. You will: Lead the creation, development, and enhancement of asset finance products tailored to broker and end-client needs. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitor products, features, and market positioning. Collaborate with the Finance team to develop competitive and profitable pricing models. Lead, coach and develop the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure delivery of their objectives. Build and foster an inclusive, high performing and customer centric culture within the product and partnerships team. Define and track key product performance metrics including uptake, conversion, profitability, and broker satisfaction. Design and manage white label product solutions for aggregator partners. What you bring: Extensive experience in a product role in Asset Finance at senior management level. Proven experience and success in leading and implementing product and pricing strategies. Highly commercial, an effective problem solver with a strong financial acumen. Proven ability to build strong and effective working relationships with aggregators, brokers and internally across the business. Ability to influence effectively by assembling complex ideas and information into a clear and useful insights. Proven ability to use strategic and data driven insights to make product and pricing decisions. Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced business where change is constant.
