Responsibilities

WHY WE HAVE THIS ROLE

We need a dedicated Project Management Lead and team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of strategic product roadmap features within our fast-paced Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) organization. This role is a critical leadership role that will build a team to optimize cross-functional collaboration and proactively manage risks across complex engineering initiatives, ultimately driving predictable outcomes and strategic business growth.

THINGS YOU’LL DO

  • Project Portfolio Leadership:Own the project portfolio for the highest priority product roadmap initiatives
  • Team Leadership & Development:Build and lead a high-performing team of technical project managers; mentor, coach, and develop talent.
  • Process & Governance:Define and scale agile/hybrid delivery frameworks tailored to a fast-paced SaaS environment. Establish PMO operating cadence including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and risk assessments.
  • Cross-Functional Execution:Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, track milestones, and remove blockers.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
  • Provide regular portfolio reporting. Partner with engineering operations to define and operationalize scrum level reporting needs to support data driven progress reporting.
  • Risk & Change Management:Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, drive mitigation plans, and manage scope changes with clear stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic Planning:Align project resources to strategic priorities
