POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strategic, user-centered, and delivery-focused Head of Product/Product Owner to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across key client projects. This role bridges the gap between client vision and technical execution, ensuring outcomes align with both business goals and user needs. You’ll collaborate with internal design, engineering, and QA teams, as well as external client stakeholders, to define and deliver exceptional digital products.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles.
  • Proven success in defining and launching web or mobile software products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or consultancy setting is a plus.
  • Bonus: Background in UX research, analytics, or business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with client goals.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable plans.
  • Client Engagement
  • Act as the primary product interface with clients, managing expectations, leading product discovery workshops, and aligning on requirements.
  • Build trust and credibility through proactive communication, transparency, and delivering results.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, software engineers, and project managers to bring features from idea to release.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and manage product backlogs.
  • Market & User Insights
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and data reviews to inform feature development and prioritization.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback to continually improve product value.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Define, write, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for product launches in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
