About the role We’re looking for a Head of Product to scale and operationalize Sana’s product function, driving measurable business outcomes with clarity and speed. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the CPTO as part of the product leadership trio alongside the VP of Engineering and Head of Research & Design. Together, you’ll shape how we discover, build, and deliver value, ensuring Sana’s product strategy turns into impactful results for customers worldwide. You’ll be the catalyst for data-driven decision-making, customer-led innovation, and cross-company alignment that empowers our product teams to move fast with purpose. Job Description What you’ll do Operationalize the product strategy - coach product teams to turn the CPTO’s vision into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps and measurable missions. Drive alignment and focus - ensure every team operates within well-defined problem spaces and strategic priorities. Champion the product-engineering-design trio model - build collaboration rituals that ensure shared accountability and consistent excellence. Scale product operations - evolve planning cadences, discovery processes, and performance rhythms across the product portfolio. Foster data fluency - partner with Product Ops and Data teams to ensure decisions are backed by insights, KPIs, and experiment results. Promote customer-led decision making - embed customer understanding and experimentation at the heart of every product initiative. Engage and align stakeholders - communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs to GTM and executive teams, keeping everyone informed and confident. Develop and mentor talent - coach Senior and Group Product Managers into outcome-driven leaders who elevate the entire organization. Qualifications What you’ll bring 10+ years in B2B SaaS product management, including 2+ years managing Group PMs or 3+ years leading product teams across multiple pods (minimum 5). Min. 3 years on scaleup stage companies, closely collaborating with CPO. Must have experience operationalizing product operating model. Track record of scaling a product organization, including hiring, performance coaching, and career development of PMs at different levels including Group PMs and shaping team culture with product trios shared accountability Strong fluency in product operations, including initiative tracking, KPI dashboards, experiment logs, and retrospectives, and ability to introduce, refine and standardize processes on fast pace rhythm. Hands-on experience driving data-informed product decisions (qual + quant), including linking product KPIs to business outcomes and adapting strategy based on learnings and coaching teams to do so. Effective cross-company collaborator: Able to partner with sales, CS, product marketing, and partner management around product priorities, trade-offs, and launches.
