Top Broker Consulting is a high-performance broker consultancy that combines deep industry expertise with proprietary automation and AI-driven solutions. We’re scaling fast and implementing technology that will transform how brokers and broker teams manage operations.
We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial technical leader to guide our product roadmap, oversee the development team, and help us build scalable, repeatable systems. You’ll work closely with the founder and play a client-facing, strategic, and executional role in everything we do.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Retool, Zapier, Make)
• Comfortable building systems that leverage data integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and frameworks—you stay current on emerging models and use cases, and can identify practical opportunities to apply AI/ML to automate workflows, extract insights, or enhance client-facing tools

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll be the technical bridge between the founder, clients, and the development team. You’ll assist in product planning, scope automation tools, and ensure implementation is on target.
