Your role will be crucial for making sure we can deliver on our ambitions. As an experienced Head of Product you will be responsible for leading our organization’s product vision, strategies, and execution. You will act as the strategic leader for the Product department and oversee the product development, implementation, and go-to-market of our propositions.

Thus, we are looking for a battle-tested Head of Product who:

• holds exceptional leadership skills for guiding and motivating the product team.
• can strategically think and has the ability to align product strategies with broader business goals and industry trends
• shows decisive decision-making and can identify and solve complex business challenges
• understands Tikkie’s positioning, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• can build strong relationships with external partners, industry peers, and internal stakeholders
• is skilled in managing complex projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
• has a data-driven mindset and way-of-working

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in building and monetizing B2B products or propositions in financial services
• A proven record of managing high-performing product teams
• Deep knowledge of payment industry trends and SME needs in finance
• A background in FinTech (corporate) start-ups or scale-ups
