We're close enough to benefit from the bank’s strategy, scale and stability, but separate enough that we can try new things. To be a sandbox for change. What it’s like to work here We’re a community of galvanisers, thinkers and doers. People from different backgrounds who come together in a brilliant collision of careers, ideas and expertise. Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact product development and mitigate proactively. Ensure the product is compliant with all regulatory and compliance requirements. Go-to-market strategy – Collaborate with key stakeholders to articulate the go-to-market strategy. Ensure strong alignment with strategic partners , with timings, roadblocks and prioritisation well managed. Reporting – Monitor product performance and ensure reporting of key performance metrics is shared with key stakeholders. Monitor customer outcomes and clearly measure value created by the product for customers. Define key performance indicators and track product metrics to identify areas for improvement.
