Qualifications Deep experience in life insurance or financial services, with strengths in underwriting and product thinking Proven ability to develop and evolve propositions across retail and direct channels Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the confidence to make sound decisions in ambiguity Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders and industry partners Comfortable using data, technology and automation to improve customer and business outcomes Naturally curious, customer-focused and open to thinking differently to challenge the status quo Additional Information TAL is one of Australia’s leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
