JOB DESCRIPTION

The Head of Production Management and Oversight, analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. This role will engage with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
  • Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
  • Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
  • In-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review a consistent set of metrics and measurements to ensure seamless service delivery across CLO
  • Regularly and proactively review production capacity, issues, backlogs and bottlenecks in our operations
  • Identify and prioritize production risk issues across CLO, ensure senior leadership has transparency into production risks
  • Oversee the execution of remediation plans, where needed
  • Partner with CLO leadership team to determine appropriate corrective actions and plans as needed
  • Contribute to tech initiatives, prioritize ‘quick fix’ items that can alleviate production issues

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS
