• Functional, timely and cost-effective processing of customer orders through consistent production control in cooperation with, among others, supply chain management, the head of the business line and the retail manager, and the head of damage & value.
• Identifying customer needs and coordinating with the service lines, supply chain management and the innovation department to further develop the service offering for the respective services of the production unit.
