We are currently inviting a Head of Production to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Report line: Director (Vietnamese) - Participate in the early stage of setting up new factory, building team and driving success. - Ensure the creation of production plans based on customer orders and production capabilities to ensure daily operations align with integrated management system (IMS) requirements and relevant standards: LST EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management) LST EN ISO 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management) LST EN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) LST EN ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) LST EN ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) - Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators (KPIs), and propose solutions to improve process efficiency. - Organize the activities of the electronics component and assembly warehouse, including the receipt and issuance of materials to production, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. - Coordinate the storage and timely shipment of finished products to customers. - Collaborate with the central procurement department regarding purchase orders (PO), delivery schedules, and priorities. - Address and resolve challenges related to supply, production, or logistics. - Participate in process improvement and performance analysis activities. - Manage the production planner and warehouse teams (incoming, issuing, storage processes), ensuring motivation, efficiency, and effective performance. - Represent these processes in internal and external audits and participate in scheduled inventories and present results. - Lead the warehouse team: recruitment, training, scheduling, motivation, and ensuring productivity. - Other tasks assigned by the line manager. Minimum 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role in production or logistics planning. Ability to plan production flows, maintain control, and address operational issues. Understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and production processes. Strong organizational and leadership skills in team collaboration across different departments. Responsiveness, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions.
