We are looking for a Head of Professional Clients to lead the department dedicated to serving professional investors — including asset managers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and financial advisors. As part of LYNX, an international online broker, the Professional Clients department plays a key role in supporting experienced market participants with tailored services and high-quality support. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing strategic client relationships, and driving business growth in line with our overall objectives. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on business development, operational excellence, and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

You’ll be in charge of everything related to our Professional Clients – from setting the strategy to making sure we deliver high-quality service every day. You’ll work closely with other departments like Compliance, Service, and Risk to make sure we’re aligned and meeting all requirements.
You’ll also lead and coach the team, help them grow, and ensure everyone is working towards the same goals. You’ll manage client relationships directly, especially with our key accounts, and look for new opportunities to grow the business. On top of that, you’ll keep an eye on the budget and make sure we’re spending wisely when it comes to marketing, events, and client development.
