Responsibilities

Join our team to build up our Solid Oxide Electrolysis (SOE) hydrogen business to drive the next step in decarbonization of the economy focused on elimination of fossil fuel use in transportation and industry. As Head of Program Management Office, your responsibilities include:

  • Build and lead a PMO team by setting a clear mission, fostering accountability and driving high performance
  • Develop and empower the PMO team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, strategic thinking and continuous improvement
  • Actively mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous learning and alignment with company objectives
  • Develop, implement and optimize global PMO standards, procedures and business processes (e.g. drive automation of PMO processes and explore if AI can be used)
  • Ensure transparency across the workstream landscape (strategic initiatives), delivering insights and actionable reporting to the Board and Executive Directors
  • Set up, structure and refine workstreams (strategic initiatives) to ensure their objectives align with company goals
  • Review workstream progress and performance and monitor workstream KPIs, identify and address deviations (as-is vs. planned) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive the sparring concept to support Workstream Leads, adapting to varying needs and priorities
  • Provide hands-on operational support to cross-functional workstreams to ensure the successful execution of workstream objectives
  • Plan, prepare and lead workstream meetings, including workstream reviews and executive updates, ensuring actionable outcomes
  • Act as a trusted partner to the top management and as sparring partner for the PMO team and management, particularly on Workstream/PMO topic
