JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a Head of Programmatic to lead and grow the programmatic function within W Group and Hypermedia. This role will be responsible for driving programmatic strategy and execution across Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, ensuring the adoption and integration of programmatic solutions across internal teams, agency partners, and clients. You will act as a technical authority and thought leader, directly supporting the sales function, enabling the commercial teams to understand, sell, and apply programmatic advertising principles.
As a central figure in our programmatic journey, you will work closely with the Sales VP and Head of Sales and the wider Hypermedia sales team, guiding them on how to position programmatic as a value-added solution. Your role will bridge the gap between media, data, and technology by embedding the knowledge of the online and tech ecosystem into the DOOH space.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Master Degree in IT or Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or related tech field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in media/programmatic advertising, including campaign management and analytics.
  • Deep expertise in digital programmatic (DSPs, SSPs, audience targeting); prior agency-side experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical know-how and a keen understanding of the pDOOH advertising and technology landscape.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator — comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated experience in introducing new operational processes or strategies.
  • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods is preferred.
