Role Overview: You will lead significant banking transformation initiatives, steering high-profile projects that redefine operational capabilities and enhance client offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of banking transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives. Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that facilitate transformation. Drive program governance, risk management, and quality assurance across transformational projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Engage in thought leadership, contributing insights and strategies to enhance SAP Fioneer’s position as a trusted partner in bank transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and operations experts, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Monitor industry trends and market developments, leveraging insights to inform program strategy and execution. As a key figure in our Bank Transformation team, you will contribute to shaping the digital future of financial services while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution Deep expertise in corporate banking, in particular, global transaction banking, cash management and payments, and solid understanding of technology Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience – especially for strategical engagements and early project phases Experience with SAP (banking) products is a strong plus Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German We are a pragmatic, fast-paced startup company paired with years of system delivery expertise, a strong reputation on the market, and a long-established customer portfolio.
