Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure successful execution of strategic and IT-focused training programmes.
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular PMO team meetings, providing clear direction, updates, and issue resolution
  • Oversee project governance, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with government bodies, GLCs, universities, and industry partners to align objectives and ensure smooth delivery of joint programmes.
  • Plan and coordinate programme briefings, presentations, and reporting for external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company in external meetings with clients, academic institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Work with the marketing team to strategize lead generation and engagement initiatives for programme enrolments.
  • Oversee project closure processes and post-project evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or project delivery roles, preferably in the education or IT training provider sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, software development processes, and digital platforms.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of cross functional collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
