POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of Project Delivery to lead enterprise-scale development programs that span both hardware and software domains. This is a senior leadership role accountable for the successful execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and time-to-market expectations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the delivery lifecycle—from planning and resourcing to execution, stakeholder engagement, and value realization—across mission-critical initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex technical project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success delivering integrated hardware/software programs in a highly regulated or mission-critical environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and IT.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus).

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise projects involving both hardware and software components.
• Develop and enforce robust project governance, risk management practices, and delivery frameworks across the portfolio.
• Drive delivery excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance.
• Manage program dependencies, technical risks, change control, and integration challenges across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define and report on key delivery KPIs and provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Establish and scale delivery processes and tools to support consistent execution across a growing organization.
• Mentor and lead a team of project and program managers, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and system integrators where applicable.
