What we're looking for:

• Significant experience leading a PMO, portfolio management or programme governance function, ideally in financial services, wealth management or fintech
• A proven track record of embedding and improving a PMO operating model in a complex, multi-programme environment
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills; you can bring sceptics on board and make governance feel like an enabler, not a burden
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; you can synthesise messy delivery data into sharp executive insight
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Commercial mindset; you understand change funding, ROI and benefits realisation
• Experience of M&A integration programmes is a strong advantage

What you'll be doing:

• Embedding the PMO operating model, delivery standards and project governance frameworks across the organisation (including our enterprise PPM platform, Triskell)
• Educating and upskilling the business on project management disciplines, ways of working and governance expectations
• Owning portfolio-level governance, RAG status reporting, risk and issue management, and benefits realisation tracking
• Managing cross-programme dependencies and resource capacity planning across the change portfolio
• Producing Board and ExCo-level programme reporting that drives decisions
• Leading and developing the PMO team and setting the standard for project delivery across the organisation
