This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape how we plan, deliver, and govern strategic programmes across the business. You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, working closely with the Board to ensure delivery is aligned, resourced, and focused on real outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our PMO, ensuring projects are planned, resourced, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Provide strategic oversight across our full programme portfolio - tracking performance, managing risk, and maintaining alignment to business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and Tech teams to ensure programmes are joined-up and customer-focused.
  • Own governance and reporting frameworks - keeping the Board informed with clear, actionable insights.
  • Coach, support, and grow a small team of talented programme and project management professionals.
  • Play a key role in post-M&A integration - managing transition plans and ensuring continuity of service.
