We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, having recently doubled the size of our workshop and securing over £3 million in projects for the next 18 months. To support this expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Operations to lead our project delivery and drive operational excellence.

THE ROLE

As Head of Projects Operations, you’ll report directly to the Company Director and oversee all client projects from inception through to completion. You’ll lead and grow the projects team, ensure seamless coordination across departments, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
You’ll also work closely with our CAD Designers to ensure technical accuracy and clarity across all drawing packs and production documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to handover
• Manage project budgets, track variations, and monitor performance
• Conduct weekly project team meetings and oversee installation schedules
• Attend site surveys and liaise with clients, architects, and designers
• Oversee specialist procurement and produce breakout drawings
• Support CNC workflow efficiency and drawing process improvements
• Mentor and build the internal CAD team
• Manage team workloads, schedules, and outsourcing as needed
• Assist with technical drawings and CAD development
• Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure workshop readiness
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
